Position : Sales Order Entry Specialist

Compensation : $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm

Location : Moorpark, California

Candidate must be local to Ventura County, Moorpark, California.

As a Sales Order Entry Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Using NetSuite and TrueCommerce (EDI) , you will manage incoming sales orders, update customers on order statuses, and support the sales team in coordinating shipments.Top of Form

What You’ll Do :

• Process incoming sales orders received via email and EDI portal using NetSuite and TrueCommerce (EDI).
• Verify and confirm order details for accuracy before finalizing entries.
• Update customers on order statuses, including confirmations and changes.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and coordinating sample shipments for customers and trade shows.
• Work closely with the shipping department, ensuring all order information is correctly relayed for fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or missing information by collaborating with internal teams.
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to order processing and data management.
