Summary

The Tax Consultant will partner with the customer to establish & build a relationship for a successful transition to Operations (pre & post go live projects). The role of the Tax Consultant requires knowledge of federal, state, local / city tax requirements to complete the tax set-up within the OSV TaxEx system. The Tax Consultant will be responsible for the data gathering of all pertinent legal & required documentation to ensure the customer's taxing jurisdictions are set-up accurately & accordance with authoritative guidelines. The Tax Consultant will be focused on driving & ensuring customer satisfaction on the project. The Tax consultant will also partner with other OSV internal teams to bridge any gaps for a successful customer transition.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers & deployment partners to understand, define requirements & guide the customer through the implementation process for OSV tax services
• Configuring TaxEx application in accordance with customer requirements
• Identify and analyze Tax needs and data requirements
• Work with customer to identify / resolve all issues that could impact project scope or delivery of service
• Lead the Tax implementation process from start to finish
• Consulting with customers on data integrity issues
• Conduct check points with customer for timely delivery of tax service & any outstanding project documents
• Be comfortable in conducting customer calls in a clear & concise manner
• Ensure customer projects are planned & properly monitored
