Key Responsibilities:

Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and behavioral needs using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

Treatment Planning:

Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, outlining specific goals, therapeutic approaches, and timelines.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling, to address a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.

Crisis Intervention:

Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.

Progress Monitoring:

Regularly monitor and document clients' progress toward treatment goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Client Advocacy:

Advocate for clients' needs within the community and connect them with additional resources and support services.

Confidentiality:

Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Continuing Education:

Stay current with developments in the field of counseling through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Licensure:

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

Experience:
