Job descriptionActive Secret Clearance Expertise in CMS, ideally with experience in the 2K version. Proven track record in DoD, STIG, MUDG, and optimization of VQ's. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Dedication to staying current with the latest voice technology trends and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Certifications in voice technologies and security practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical decisions.
