Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator :
- This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days in office per week.
- The HR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and tracking large volumes of candidates for interviews, creating and editing job requisitions, and generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports.
- The role requires a wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- The HR Coordinator will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize effectively amidst multiple concurrent tasks.
