Requirements :

Volunteer Coaches must be at least21 years of age.

Volunteer Coaches are required to complete a Criminal Background Affidavit submit to a Background Check AND provide an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) OR receive a one-time printing by the District.

Volunteer Coaches mustobtain the following certifications :

NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching

NFHS Concussion in Sports

NFHSFirst Aid Health and Safety Certificate / CPR (preferred)

NFHS Cheer and Dance Safety Certification (High SchoolCheer / Pom / Spirit Line only)

After you have submitted your application online you will need to directly contact the school(s) at which youare requesting to be a volunteer coach . Volunteer Coach applications cannot be processed without approval from the school(s) office please allow time for processing.
