The VP of Human Resources provides executive level leadership and guidance to the organization for the overall strategy and administration of human resources, including but not limited to state and federal policy compliance, benefit management, compensation structure management, employee relations, training and development, leaves of absences, labor relations, health & wellness programs, employee engagement and employee equity programs. The VP is responsible for setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant HR policies, procedures and best practices and identifying and implementing long-term strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership :
Collaborates with departments and leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission.
Manage the compensation structure and ensure the organization maintains internal equity and competitiveness in the market.
Annual OSHA Reporting
Provides guidance and leadership to the Human Resources team and assists with resolution of questions, concerns and issues.
Oversight of talent management and recruitment strategies.
Performance Management - annual review process aligning team activities with organizational goals
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Manage the budget for employee activities such as holidays, happy hours, employee apparel, monthly employee lunches, birthday celebrations and more...
Drafts, maintains and manages Human Resources budget and provides recommendations for other departments based on employee engagement and training and development needs.

Compensation
This role pays between $133,930 to $184,154 annualized. NOTE : Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
