We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Hardware Engineering to lead our hardware development efforts and drive innovation in our product offerings.
Position Overview : As the Vice President of Hardware Engineering, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of hardware engineering initiatives within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of robust hardware solutions that integrate seamlessly with our robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the hardware engineering vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Team Development : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing hardware engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Product Development : Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with software engineering, product management, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Innovation and Technology Integration : Identify and implement emerging technologies in hardware design and manufacturing to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance : Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
