POSITION OVERVIEW
The VP & SBA Loan Underwriter underwrites and processes SBA loan requests.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports credit lending decisions by analyzing SBA loan requests, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of SBA loans
- Ensures all information is accurate and complete. All guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations are to be followed
- Creates financial spreadsheets and analyzes, structures, and underwrites loans
- Develops cash flow from tax returns
- Originates loans from application to closing and works closely with Escrow, Title, and all parties involved
- Monitors and reports delinquencies
- Performs periodic portfolio maintenance
- Prepares loan compliance reports
- Timely collection of financial updates
- Conducts site visitation
- Manages new and existing clients
- Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
