As the VP overseeing Member and Employee Services, this position leads the Member Relations and Human Resource activities for a highly successful $1.5B Wisconsin agricultural organization. This position has 5 direct reports responsible for member services, marketing / public relations, and Human resources, where each of those teams engages with members to grow their satisfaction and business success while also enabling the talent acquisition and career development of their employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership and management teams to enable continued success and execution of the strategic plan through improved customer and employee experience.
- Provides effective communication at all organizational levels, including leadership team, employees, business partnerships, community, members, customers, and any related government or regulatory agencies.
- Relate to rural members with a high level of integrity and trust.
- Manage the overall employment budget : compensation, benefits, performance management, and acquisition cost.
- Enable the organization's management team to recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Leverage industry connections and relationships to create opportunities and enable their ongoing success.
