Position Overview

We're seeking a

Marketing Manager

who's passionate about lead generation, digital strategy, and authentic storytelling. You'll take charge of our SEO performance, Google profiles, Social Media Strategy, and field content. This is a hands-on, field-connected position perfect for someone who loves building brand visibility while staying grounded in real service environments.

What You'll Do

Partner with our Director of Marketing to lead and implement SEO strategies. Oversee Google My Business profiles and optimize our Google Local Services (GLS). Develop and manage content calendars for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Capture compelling photo and video content from our techs and job sites. Collaborate with our graphic designer to produce quality marketing assets. Schedule, monitor, and engage on all digital platforms. Track and report performance metrics (KPIs), leads, and digital ROI. Support company promotions, review responses, and branding consistency.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Familiarity with Google platforms : Search Console, GMB, GLS, and analytics tools. Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for clean, engaging content. Comfortable in field environments (e.g., photo / video on job sites). Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects forward. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Occasional Saturday content capture as needed (flexible notice). Salary + bonus structure tied to lead growth and digital performance.
