A great fit for this role would be a Director of Engineering with three or more direct reports (Managers) and several individual contributors or a VP of Engineering ready to take on a new challenge and a larger, more diverse team.

The Opportunity
As the highest-level engineering leader in the organization, you'll manage and scale the Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Trust (Security & Privacy) teams. You'll collaborate across departments to drive the technical vision, maintain the integrity of the platform, and build a culture of excellence.
This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO , with a hybrid work model allowing flexibility between in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership : Develop and drive the technical vision and architecture for applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI / ML capabilities.
- Team Growth : Scale and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and satisfaction. Currently, 9 Direct reports and 40 + / - on the engineering team.
- Solutions Architecture : Dive deep into complex problems to design and implement cross-functional solutions.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee technical integrity, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Strategic Partnership : Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Engineering Operations : Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes while championing a positive culture.
