Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Human Resources and Employee Benefits to lead our HR and benefits operations within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). This role is crucial in managing comprehensive HR and benefits solutions for our client companies while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including ACA guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in both HR and benefits management, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within a PEO environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. PEO-Specific HR and Benefits Management :
- Oversee and manage the HR and employee benefits functions for multiple client companies, ensuring tailored and compliant solutions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and benefits programs that align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Serve as a strategic partner to client companies, providing expert guidance on HR issues, benefits administration, and compliance.
