Job descriptionLead operations of power, cooling, and mechanical / electrical infrastructure, ensuring reliability and compliance. Drive continuous improvement through R&D, performance analysis, and adoption of innovative technologies. Oversee teams responsible for monitoring, maintenance, audits, and regulatory compliance. Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner in delivering seamless uptime. Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and executive reporting to support strategic planning. Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Bachelor's in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or Business with significant data center experience (preferred). 6+ years in data center or critical facility management, with hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, HVAC, fire suppression, etc.). Proven track record leading large teams and driving operational strategy in mission-critical environments. Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Industry certifications and deep knowledge of safety / OSHA compliance are highly valued. Must be available 24 / 7 for emergencies.
