Senior Vice President of Service
Days / Hours of Position : Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
Primary Purpose :
The person in this position will oversee the administration and operational function of the Residential, Day, and Clinical Services of CCARC, Inc., working collaboratively with the Vice President of Day and Employment, Residential, and Clinical Services
to ensure compliance with all external funding source regulations. Under the organization's mission and vision, this position will deliver quality services and best practices. This position will function according to the policies established
by the CCARC Board of Directors to maximize the potential of the people served.
Essential Functions :
- Supervise the Vice Presidents of the Day and Residential / Clinical programs to ensure quality services are being provided to people supported by CCARC.
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate the job performance of assigned staff.
- Develop the necessary systems, processes, and tools to better support the staff and individuals supported by the agency.
- Provide leadership in developing inter-team communication and cohesiveness within the agency's departments.
- Create systems and mechanisms that identify service needs, confirm program compliance, promote continuous quality improvement, ensure accountability to comply with all external funding sources, and work
with the leadership team to explore, evaluate, and implement efficient strategies to streamline processes.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
Master's Degree preferred. Bachelor of Science / Arts Degree in a related field. Educational requirements may be substituted with years of experience and demonstrated success with incremental leadership.
Responsibilities in a similar human service provider organization. Must complete the Agency's Certification and training as required for this position.
Physical Requirements :
