Vice President of Finance at TSI

Reporting to TSI's Group President as a member of the executive team, the Vice President of Finance is responsible for leading the management and execution of all the company's financial planning and reporting, financial controls, and budget management activities for the global organization while ensuring company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. This role also oversees the Information Technology team.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be responsible for :

• Oversee the organization's short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to highlight the company's global financial performance and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions are in line with accounting standards.
• Direct and coordinate company financial reporting, planning, and budget management functions.
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance for each value stream and department by geographic region.
• Ensure proper financial controls are in place to safeguard the company's assets.
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, maintaining, and enforcing effective policies and procedures globally.
• Responsible for the maintenance of financial records, preparation of reports, and financial compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Gauge overall financial health using key financial metrics.
• Monitor actual financial performance against the budget, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial and tax reports, and oversee internal and external audits
• Stay updated with financial regulations and accepted practices.
• Evaluate financial trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenue and expenses.
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective and engaged finance team. Lead team through effective listening, coaching, and employee development. Effectively utilize the annual performance appraisal process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay & Benefits :

Competitive market salary from $220,000 - $250,000 per year

Benefits :
