Qualifications :

• College degree or university program certificate or five to eight years of progressive management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Excellent verbal communication required with sound administrative skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
• Comprehensive knowledge in hotel and food & beverage management and financial reporting.
• Must qualify for and maintain all regulatory licenses including licensure required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  Must have thorough knowledge of the approved Responsible Gaming Program.
