VP of Operations - NH

Summary

An Architectural Millworking company in New Hampshire is searching for a been there done that director level or above manager to step into this VP of Operations role. The right candidate will have a proven work history in the AWI realm and a stable work history to lead this reputable company into the future.

Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales - Works closely with the estimating staff to ensure that the yearly sales projected volume is achieved or surpassed.

Clientele - Provides interaction, when necessary, between the Project managers and Clientele on specific projects to ensure the company is upholding its Contractual obligations and meeting our deliverables.

Engineering - Works closely with the Project Executive in charge of the engineering personnel on a daily basis to ensure we are meeting our engineering deadlines on all projects.

Project Management - Maintains clear oversight of the operations of the Project Managers with the help of the Project Executive on a daily basis to ensure project success while maintaining clients' satisfaction.

Purchasing - Monitors the purchasing of projects with the Lead Purchaser.

Shop - Interacts and review with the Plant Manager on a daily basis the millwork production

scheduling of projects to ensure the company meets our current Clients' obligations.

Executive - Conducts and documents performance reviews for all employees not under the direction of

another manager.
