Reach Truck Training Specialist
To deliver effective Reach Truck training to new and existing employees at RJW using both Virtual Reality (VR) simulation systems and real-world equipment, including Yale and Jungheinrich Reach Trucks, ensuring safe and efficient operation across all warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct Reach Truck operator training using a combination of VR simulations and hands-on instruction.
- Supervise trainees during both VR and live training sessions to ensure understanding and safe practices.
- Technical aptitude to learn and operate VR training systems (setup, calibration, troubleshooting).
- Communicate training material clearly and effectively to a diverse workforce.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed.
