Lansing USD 469 is seeking an MTSS Intervention Aide at our Intermediate School. Interested applicants may email [email protected] for additional information or questions. This serves as purpose to inform you that Lansing USD #469 will conduct a background investigation for all positions of employment with the district.
Established in 1965 with an enrollment of 838 students, Lansing School District has evolved into a thriving educational community in Kansas. In 2023, our enrollment has grown to approximately 2,500 students.

- Early Childhood Building : Housed in the former elementary school, offering programs like the Early Childhood Program and the Preschool / Daycare Child Center.
- Lansing Elementary School (Opened 2008) : Serving children from Pre-kindergarten through third grade.
- Lansing Intermediate School (Renovated in 2018) : Catering to grades four and five, including LINCS, a special education transitional program. Home to the Lansing Parents as Teachers Organization, offering home visits, developmental screens, and playgroups for children aged birth to five.
- Lansing Middle School : Serving students in grades six through eight and houses our district auditorium, which can accommodate approximately 900 people.
- Lansing High School (Opened 2015) : A state-of-the-art facility accommodating students in grades nine through twelve, equipped with advanced educational spaces, technology such as an aquaponics system and a robotics team, athletic fields, and a competition swimming pool with a combined diving well.
- Board of Education Office : Housed in a refurbished elementary building, providing offices for district staff, including the Superintendent, Human Resources, Director of Student Services, IT, Maintenance, Security, Director of Communications and Marketing, Director of Teaching and Learning, and the Board of Education meeting room.

Beginning on the first of the month following 60 days of employment you will be eligible for the following benefits for 4 to 8 hour per day employees

The district offers a match of up to $100 per month in to either a 403(b) or Health Savings Account.
You will be given access to the Employee Navigator portal to sign up for or waive these coverages.
Time off and holidays for all 10 month employees regardless of the hours worked per day.
This position offers 10 days of leave and 7 paid holidays : Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, and Good Friday.
