Essential Job Functions

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
• Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and concerns, and documenting them accurately
• Coordinating with team members and partners to keep shipments on track
• Following established procedures and company guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
• Supporting issue resolution and updating customers along the way
• Meeting key performance goals (KPIs) set by the team

Base Pay Range : $22.00 -$26.00 per hour.

We consider a variety of factors in determining base salary, including but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification / credentials, market data, internal equity and geography.

Physical Requirements

The position is in an indoor, office environment, requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors verbally and in writing, sit for periods of time, operate typical office equipment which requires seeing and the use of a keyboard.
