A warehouse coordinator job generally has physical demands, and an employee must meet some minimum physical requirements to be able to successfully perform at the job. The requirements include but are not limited to :
Standing for long periods of time, squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting between - lbs. regularly.
Walking for long periods of time during shift.
Adhere to all safety policies and requirements.
Ability to use a computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Work, Outlook.
Basic knowledge of SAP a plus but not required. Will train employee.
years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
Valid and current forklift certification is helpful but not necessary.
Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks is helpful but not necessary. Will train when and if necessary.
Efficient working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Dependable and reliable with good time management skills.
Job Responsibilities :
Under general supervision, fills orders for finished manufactured products.
Pull items from Warehouse and Stockroom and verify model, part number and serial number information from materials document.
Prepares document and mailing labels for material pulled.
Maintains inventory records of product pulled against itemized list; verifies and cycle count of material pulled.
Place items in designated staging area.
Notify supervision on any discrepancies noted during the itemized list verification.
Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.

Experience with warehouse management system (SAP) technology.
