Mission:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for timely and accurate receipts within Oracle, performing all related activities to include receiving, shipping, picking, work order staging, inspection, identification, printing of pallet labels, and any other necessary documentation. This individual will communicate with Supply Chain and Quality on any out-of-tolerance, quality, or documentation issues through resolution; to include the handling of returns. This role will support the Operations Supervisor and collaborate across departments and all levels of the organization.
Key Outcomes (KPI’S):
Outcome: Lead on receiving/shipping FTL/LTL/small parcel/containers in a timely manner
- Lead in receiving/shipping containers and able to prioritize items that need to run or ship
- Follow up with project management for any discrepancies when receiving
- Receive and print licenses plates in JDE
Outcome: Lead on warehouse activities
- Follow up with supply chain on any documentation errors
- Work with quality to review incoming inspection issues
- Review accuracy and quality of the items being received/picked/staged

- Contribute at daily shift start meetings, communicating any necessary information to Building B associates
- Lead and assist in managing personnel to support daily objectives
