We are seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER to join our team in Cleveland, OH! Our Warehouse Manager plays an essential role as they are responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse goods. They work closely with Local Dispatch to coordinate the receiving and transfer of household goods. They are our first and last line of communication with inbound and outbound drivers, providing the Operations department with vital details of shipments that may not be known otherwise.

Responsibilities for our Warehouse Manager include but are not limited to :

• Provide training to our team as well as corrective action when warranted;
• Champion for safety in and out of our warehouse;
• Controls workflow;
• Conducts Shift Meetings;
• Schedules employees and is responsible for tracking hours;
• Assists with claims reduction;
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and ways to improve productivity;
• Other duties as assigned by management.
