Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations. Assist with picking and packing orders for customers. Maintain accurate inventory records and help with stock counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized. Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Assist with other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse workers,Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Production Workers, Forklift Operators (if relevant to the position), in the Greater Houston area.
Schedule : 1st shift
Pay Range : $13 - $16 per hour (based on position availability)
Requirements :
- Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
- Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
- Must have related experience in light industrial work such as food production, warehouse, lumber yards, and steel manufacturing.
