Job Description

We are currently hiring full time Warehouse Associates for all shift(s):

1st Shift-Monday-Friday-(6:00am-2:30pm or until completion)- Full Time

2nd Shift-Monday-Friday-(4:30pm-1:00am or until completion)- Full Time

Weekend Shift-Friday, Saturday and Sunday- (8:00am-8:30pm)- Full Time

Warehouse Workers All Shifts (Full-Time) $21.05 / hr. PLUS $1 Differential Pay for 2nd shift and the Weekend Shift.

We offer our Warehouse Workers $21.05/ hr. PLUS $1 shift differentials-(for 2nd shift and the Weekend shift) with increases during the first 3 years and you’re eligible to earn additional bonuses.

Job Description

Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for all shifts in all our Distribution centers across the U.S. Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to;

pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

• Have specific vision abilities which include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Compensation Range

The good faith estimate for this role is 21.05 USD per hour for a new team member.

The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
