Basic Function : Supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise and assets in the warehouse.
Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities) :
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Oversee asset management and organization in an inventory management system.
- Ensure the maintenance of company assets including but not limited to, golf carts, forklift, fleet vehicles and Asset Management System.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Ensure safety of staff
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles
- Assist with deliveries where required.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Operations and Logistics or other Club personnel.
Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
