Operations Project Manager (Construction / Flooring)

Floor Coverings International Boulder is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead production execution and operational profitability as we continue to scale.

This role is designed for a construction or GC operations professional who is highly organized, systems-driven, and financially accountable. You will manage a portfolio of 2040 active residential projects per month, support a 5 : 1 sales-to-PM ratio, and be directly responsible for protecting and improving realized margin beyond landed estimates.

This is not a field supervisor or installer-step-up role. This position functions as the operational leader of the business effectively the COO of day-to-day execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

• Owning the full project lifecycle from sales handoff through final close-out
• Translating estimator scopes into detailed, executable work orders
• Accurately determining material quantities, sequencing, and job readiness
• Proactively scheduling and coordinating installation crews weeks in advance
• Managing multiple concurrent projects without reactive firefighting
• Communicating clearly and consistently with customers throughout production
• Preventing margin loss through planning, documentation, and execution discipline
• Building and enforcing scalable operational processes and standards
