The Headlines :

In the role of  Warehouse Team Lead Operator  working in  Denver, Colorado  you will be part of the Warehouse Team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of the company’s products (cases and kegs) using various types of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced environment.  Work with minimal supervision throughout day and can solve problems with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.  This position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed daily.

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with the warehouse team.

The Responsibilites :

• Lead communication efforts in the warehouse department on upcoming changes to policy, processes, and operations results.
• Provide effective employee relations to improve engagement and culture.
• Lead safety efforts within your peer group through behavioral observations, proactive unsafe behavior correction and highly effective communication across the warehouse team and upwards through management.
• Train, mentor, and lead co-workers utilizing the How We Work attributes as a guide and expectations.
• Work with Supervisors to develop and grow leadership capabilities.
