Location: Indianapolis Shift: 2nd 2PM-10:30PM Pay Rate: $19/hr

What's a typical day as a Picker? You'll be: Receiving and logging out batches of pick tickets corresponding to customer orders, ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment. Picking customer orders in case quantities, labeling products with pick tickets and shipping/tracking labels. Loading products onto the conveyor or into the loading operation as appropriate while maintaining daily individual production records for supervisor review.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Are able to adhere to company policies and procedures regarding workplace behavior and job performance. Can effectively participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience. Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in decision-making. Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of warehousing operations is preferred. Must be able to read and speak English fluently. RESUME IS REQUIRED
