Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Raytown, MO. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for ensuring exceptional resident care. This role oversees daily facility operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and community relations.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive survey outcomes
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and census development

Qualifications :

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Missouri
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an NHA required
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and staff performance
