This position requires someone who is self-starter able to work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Warranty Service Representatives resolve warranty calls made by David Weekley home owners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it's eligible under warranty and work with customers and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly. WSR's are responsible for warranty resolution in multiple communities to which they are assigned and work primarily from their vehicle and in or around customers' homes.Job Responsibilities : Coordinate and schedule all other repairs with contractors and customersFollow up, inspect and insure completion of all repairsHold contractors accountable for resultsInstruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantableManage your budgetPerforming minor repairsHandle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframesThe ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional mannerResponsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfactionQualificationsA positive attitude and good social / interpersonal skills are essentialMust be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativityPrevious experience in the home building industry and / or some home repair experience is helpfulPrevious experience in a customer service environmentHave exceptional listening and communications skillsFollow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding serviceHave excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skillsAdditional Information.What We Offer : Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" 18 times!
