We're looking for a Customer Service Representative / Warranty Clerk.

This position is the frontline support for customers, responsible for providing helpful information, answering inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Warranty Clerk

Pay Range: $14.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Position Overview:

• Answer and route all incoming calls promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication with each caller
• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person, providing accurate support and information regarding products and services
• Schedule and coordinate service calls in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee all warranty and equipment registration
• Maintain accurate records for warranty and returns
• Process all warranties and maintain all warranty files both electronically and physical copies
• Provide support to the Service Dispatcher as needed, ensuring seamless operations
• Educate callers on products and services, ensuring they are informed in accordance with company policies
• Help with all outbound efforts include confirming calls, follow-up on expiring memberships, and unsold estimates
• Maintain customer accounts and records, including detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Providing customers with high-quality experience
• Daily use in Service Titan, our CRM / dispatch software

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor in interactions with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• Multitasking & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing industry is a plus!
