This position is the frontline support for customers, responsible for providing helpful information, answering inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Warranty Clerk
Pay Range: $14.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Position Overview:
- Answer and route all incoming calls promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication with each caller
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person, providing accurate support and information regarding products and services
- Schedule and coordinate service calls in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee all warranty and equipment registration
- Maintain accurate records for warranty and returns
- Process all warranties and maintain all warranty files both electronically and physical copies
- Provide support to the Service Dispatcher as needed, ensuring seamless operations
- Educate callers on products and services, ensuring they are informed in accordance with company policies
- Help with all outbound efforts include confirming calls, follow-up on expiring memberships, and unsold estimates
- Maintain customer accounts and records, including detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Providing customers with high-quality experience
- Daily use in Service Titan, our CRM / dispatch software
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor in interactions with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Multitasking & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing industry is a plus!
