Director, Project Management
Position Overview
The Director, Project Management will lead the execution of multi-year, business-critical initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, effective stakeholder engagement, and disciplined project execution. The Director will oversee project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and process optimization to deliver high-impact results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring clarity on timelines, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Oversee project budgets, proactively identifying risks, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining financial discipline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication of project objectives, progress, and challenges.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by preparing key insights, driving consensus, and ensuring timely documentation of outcomes.
- Lead the procurement, onboarding, and management of external consultants and partners, defining scope, deliverables, and expectations for seamless collaboration.
- Establish and maintain a structured project documentation and file organization system to support transparency and accountability.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and complex modeling to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Foster a high-performance, values-driven team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
