We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are actively seeking a talented Civil Engineer with expertise in water resources. This role involves providing technical support role for complex projects within collaborative, multidisciplinary project teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for detail, capable of interpreting and accurately extrapolating technical data to solve problems and create technically accurate communications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and engage in a variety of Hydrology & Hydraulic studies and associated design documents for a broad range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Tucson, AZ office.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will :

• Support projects involving Hydrology & Hydraulic (H&H) studies and design documents.
• Conduct H&H analyses, perform designs, calculations, and created design drawings using specialized software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and CAD.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and nationwide company offices and client / project locations.
• Conduct routine data collection, synthesis, and analysis using discipline-specific approved procedures.
• Assist in identifying technical issues and approaches for evaluation.
• Become proficient with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Draft technical sections of project communications, work plans, and reports.
• Perform all work in accordance with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
• Comply with the Guiding Principles and Code of Behavior articulated in our Company Charter.
