Our client, in the Packaging and Advanced Materials is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator 1st and 3rd Shift
Location: Van Wert Ohio 45891
Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50
What's the Job?
-
Assists in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment.
-
Prepares production logs, product tags and time cards as necessary.
-
Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system.
-
Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
-
Remains compliant with SQF / BRC / HACCP requirements as per this location's written "Food Safety & Quality Policy".
What's Needed?

Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 12 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, on a 2.2.3 rotation, 4:45am-5pm or 4:45pm-5am.
