What will you be doing?
- Build customer-facing web content : Build homepages, content pages, ads and banners within our content management system
- Work cross-functionally : Ensure brand alignment with customer service, digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and leadership teams
- Review content : Audit existing web content for potential improvements or corrections
- Maintain delivery schedule : Adjust as needed and communicate with brand creative partners
- Focus on customer experience : Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to category and product page content
