The Basics :

As a member of Tanium's Brand and Corporate Marketing team, the Web Operations Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Web Experience, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of www.tanium.com. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with enterprise websites, understands technical SEO and web analytics, and takes a process-driven approach to web production.

This is a hybrid position, which will require in person attendance several days each week in one of the following locations : Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

What you'll do :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Tanium websites
• Manage weekly web production tasks
• Partner with the Web team, agency and UX on web projects
• Work with the Web and Content teams to improve organic search rankings by implementing SEO best practices
• Recommend site improvements based on data and conversion optimization best practices
• Regularly scan and test the website for cross browser compatibility and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Develop and maintain web SOPs and training documentations
• Establish and own process on website tagging, tracking and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity

What you'll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $270,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
