The role : The Senior / Director, Web and Cart Experience will own the end-to-end customer journey from landing page to purchase driving seamless, high-converting, and brand-consistent experiences across all digital touchpoints. This leader combines expertise in UX, conversion optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation to continuously elevate how customers discover, select, and buy.
You'll be accountable for optimizing conversion rate (CVR), CRO, Average Order Value (AOV), attach rates, and funnel velocity ensuring that our website is a true growth engine.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Own the Conversion Experience
- Lead the strategy and execution of all web and cart experiences to drive new customer acquisition, MRR / AOV, and upsell.
- Oversee site structure, merchandising, and pricing presentation for clarity, relevance, and conversion.
- Continuously improve performance through experimentation, A / B and multivariate testing, and data-driven UX decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Brand to align web experience with customer journeys and campaign objectives.
