Role summary : We are seeking experienced sales professionals to sell custom WordPress website projects on a commission-only basis. This role offers uncapped commission potential; typical Year 1 earnings for top performers are in the $50,000 6 $120,000+ range depending on performance.

THE ROLE
- Prospecting and cold outreach to small business owners service-based companies
- Consultative discovery calls identifying website pain points
- Presenting custom WordPress website solutions ($3,500–$5,000 per project)
- Closing deals and handing off to delivery team
- Managing your own pipeline using our CRM (we provide access)
Your Target Market : Small business owners in service industries (real estate, chiropractors, coaches, e-commerce)—decision-makers who know their site is hurting their business but don't have in-house technical expertise.

LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT
Location : This is a remote role. You should be able to work and take client calls during U.S. business hours to align with our target market.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits; the role does not include a base salary or standard employee benefits. Equity options may be available for top performers after six months as noted below. If you require W-2 employment or visa sponsorship, this position is not currently a fit.
