We're looking for a Design & Sales Consultant who can do it all: assess structural feasibility on-site, guide clients through complex remodeling decisions, estimate with accuracy, and sell with integrity.

Summary of Responsibilities

In this role, you'll combine deep remodeling knowledge with consultative sales expertiseassessing project feasibility on-site, creating accurate estimates, guiding design decisions, and preparing projects for constructionall while delivering the exceptional client experience our referral-driven reputation is built on.

What You'll Do

• Guide homeowners through the full remodeling journeyfrom first consultation to project startup
• Assess project feasibility on-site identify structural obstacles, load-bearing walls, plumbing, electrical, and code requirements without a designer present
• Qualify leads and conduct site visits to develop preliminary scope and budget expectations
• Collaborate with designers to develop conceptual designs, specifications, and accurate estimates
• Lead client meetingspresent designs, review budgets, and guide selections with confidence
• Prepare projects for constructioncoordinate permits, documentation, and job binders
• Partner with production during job startup and remain a trusted resource throughout construction
• Manage active projects at various stages while staying organized and responsive
• Build lasting relationshipsmost of our business comes from referrals, so client trust is everything

What You'll Bring

• 35 years in residential remodeling.
• Ability to assess structural feasibility on-site understand what can and can't be done with walls, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
• Strong construction knowledge framing, drywall, roofing, mechanicals, building codes, and permitting
• Sales experience consultative selling, closing high-end remodeling projects, and generating referrals
• Collaborative mindsetyou thrive on teamwork
• Client-first attitude with excellent communication
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Buildertrend, Sage 100, or Chief Architect is a plus

Compensation

• $60,000-$80,000 + commission
• 2 weeks vacation + all holidays
• 401(k) with company contribution (after 90 days)
