Summary :
A 360 Designer will create and execute integrated design solutions across digital, retail, print, and social media platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of branding, consumer engagement, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual designs that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. The designer will also handle basic motion graphics and social-level video editing to meet the dynamic needs of modern digital campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative concepting teams to support, develop, and deliver cohesive design solutions.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, from product visual merchandising and retail assets to artwork on packaging, digital sites, and social channel advertisements.
Create assets for integrated campaigns, ensuring synergy between online and offline initiatives.
Beauty, fashion, editorial, web, and UX design experience are a plus.
Manage the complete lifecycle of a project, from supporting concept development to final production and quality control, ensuring consistent asset release across global markets, zones, and localized campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to produce designed assets, including print, digital, and in-store displays for consumer-facing brand touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating new design techniques and tools to maintain relevance and creativity.
Skills Required :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with basic motion graphics and social-level video editing required.
Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) to create and present designs.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both digital and physical design, with beauty, fashion, editorial, or web / UX experience a plus.
Ability to create designs for various platforms including web, mobile, social, print, and in-store environments.
Strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a design role with a strong focus on cross-platform work (digital, print, and social).
Experience in beauty, fashion, or retail design preferred.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing diverse projects.
Freelance position requires a personal MacBook Pro for work.
