Position: Video Editor
First Care Medical is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a leading healthcare company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about video editing and has a strong eye for detail to help us create compelling and informative videos for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand and messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Ensure all videos are of high quality and meet industry standards
- Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video production
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality
- Manage video projects from start to finish, including organizing footage, creating timelines, and meeting deadlines
- Work with a variety of video formats and adapt to different styles and tones as needed
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process
- Assist with video shoots as needed, including setting up equipment and operating cameras
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required
