Perfect Afternoon seeks a talented and passionate Graphic Web Designer. We want to hear from you if you have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of UX / UI principles, and a love for crafting beautiful and functional websites.
Position Summary
As an experienced Graphic Web Designer, you will play a key role in designing and enhancing our customer's web presence. You will work closely with our development and marketing team to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, an understanding of Web Standards, experience with WordPress, and a solid understanding of web usability, UX / UI design, and general SEO principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Design : Create visually appealing and effective web designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.
- UX / UI Design : Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. Use Figma to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience and optimize website functionality.
- WordPress Development : Design and manage websites using the WordPress platform, ensuring compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- SEO Principles : Apply SEO best practices in web design to enhance site visibility and performance.
- Design Assets : Create and manage a library of design assets, including icons, graphics, and images.
- Adobe Suite Expertise : Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Express) to create and edit design elements.
- Figma Proficiency : Use Figma for design collaboration, prototyping, and user interface design.
- Trends & Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply best practices in web design, UX / UI, and SEO to all projects.
