- 3+ years' experience in the restaurant industry.
- Prior management experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and Holidays. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
- Reliable means of transportation
- 50 hours work week minimum
- Must be able to work well under pressure
