Who You Are and What You'll Do : Capstone Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our cloud-native application development project. The Engagement Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role combines project management, client / stakeholder relationship management, and oversight of delivery operations across multiple development pods.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and escalations.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee the resolution of issues to minimize project disruptions.
• Resource Allocation : Coordinate with resource managers to allocate project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and skills across projects.
• Delivery Excellence : Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for project delivery, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
• Budget and Financial Management : Monitor project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses, revenue, and margin to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial targets.
• Change Management : Facilitate change management processes to manage scope changes, assess impacts, and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.
• Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights into project progress, risks, and issues.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
