Job description
A company is looking for a Web Program Manager to manage content updates and optimize digital experiences on their website.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily management and publishing of content within the Headless CMS while maintaining site integrity
Act as a liaison between the Web team and Marketing to manage expectations and ensure brand compliance
Monitor site performance and user behavior to suggest and implement updates for improved user experience and conversion
Required Qualifications
Experience with content management systems, preferably Headless CMS
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing content tasks alongside technical development
Strong project management skills to track multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of web structures, SEO basics, and digital UX principles
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address technical issues independently
