HYROX is a global movement born in Germany in 2017 uniting running and functional fitness into the ultimate competition format. With events on five continents we are scaling faster than ever. To ensure our North American Tour runs with clockwork precision we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Producer (d / w / m) to join our crew.

This role is key in the successful delivery of HYROX Events in North America supporting in planning logistics and on-site management. As our Event Producer you will be central to ensuring our events are executed with precision enhancing the HYROX brand and delivering exceptional experiences for our participants and spectators. The role requires being available to work onsite for all of our North American events which will be approximately 14 events per season.

YOUR TASKS

• Logistics & On-Site Management : Develop and implement logistics plans supervise event setup and teardown coordinate with production teams and vendors and manage infrastructure placement.
• Team & Communication : Lead and mentor logistics staff ensure smooth communication among stakeholders and coordinate travel and accommodation for the crew.
• Inventory & Budget : Maintain accurate records of truck and warehouse inventory for timely replenishment and monitor and manage event budgets.
• Safety & Compliance : Oversee on-site safety conduct risk assessments and collaborate with Health & Safety Advisors.
• Operational Support : Attend meetings and site visits support freelance recruitment and gather post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
• Equipment Quality : Prepare the North American roadshow(s) between seasons to ensure high equipment quality for upcoming events.
