About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be the backbone of the school’s daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing school communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters
* Handling admissions, attendance records, and student data
* Providing administrative support to teachers and senior staff
* Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
* Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
✔ Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school databases (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Experienced in an administrative role (preferably within a school environment, but not essential)
