About the TeamGlobal Business Marketing is in search for a Global Website Operations Lead that will lead the TikTok for Business Website team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong strategy ethos and a thirst for building compelling and interactive experiences that spur new prospects and customers to try our products. They should be comfortable presenting strategies directly to stakeholders on the global executive, marketing and website teams. They enjoy managing the quality of all strategy and design deliverables to ensure they meet TikTok's high strategic and creative standards as well as best-in-class UX. Strategy and development efforts on the TikTok for Business Website team are aimed at inspiring engagement, elevating our products, leading clients through journeys to partnership, driving new user enrollment, and increasing conversions, retention and activation. ResponsibilitiesYou’ll lead the global web team and oversee planning and execution of the TikTok for Business Website Strategy, (research, persona and journey mapping, roadmap), UX / UI, design, development, QA, testing and measurement. You will also : - Establish and drive a future-looking, shared vision for TikTok For Business’ web ecosystem- Drive development process for the TikTok For Business website and project manage the road map and major initiatives- Define future features and functionality, continually optimize the experience including navigation, architecture, layout and flows based on business goals - Partner closely with engineering and development teams- Lead and mentor direct reports, including managers, designers and developers, and motivate a cross-functional team of stakeholders that have responsibility for different aspects of content on the site- Drive the strategy, journeys, roadmap and execution to optimize the conversion rate- Define, measure and report out key website metrics to stakeholders on a regular cadence- Ensure tracking process is in place to monitor success metrics and progress- Be the champion for the website within the organization across all stakeholders by communicating cross-functional vision, goals and progress against those goals on a regular basis- Select and manage external vendors and agencies from scope of work to delivery
Minimum Qualifications- Leadership and website experience, including strategy, user experience design, development, research, A / B testing, user journey development, conversion optimization, personalization, web analytics, SEO, usability, website accessibility and mobile technology- Experience leading a team and working within a cross-functional organization- Ability to build consensus, provide a consultative approach to internal colleagues, and craft and execute on a vision- Global site experience, with the ability to understand regional needs and customize global experiences to work on a regional level through strong trans-creation approaches- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills- The ability to convey complex ideas clearly, and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, is essential Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with Contentful CMS preferred- Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired
